Our first Family Picnic for 2022 returns!

You're invited to bring the whole family, little or BIG! Babies, toddlers, walkers and crawlers are all welcome...as well as astronauts, fairies, unicorns, pirates, butterflies, builders, dancers and dreamers...or anything and everything that you and your child(ren) feel connected to :)

This is an informal chance for us to meet, chat, play and connect.

Cosmic Blooms - A nidra sound bath

An extended yoga nidra sound bath is what dreams are made of. Literally. Two meditative practices, dancing together to offer you the softness of effortless relaxation and the gentle embrace of knowing you can just.let.go.

This session begins with a deeply relaxing Yoga Nidra, guided by Martina while Gonçalo calms your nervous system using the vibrational medicine that is the sound of tibetan bowls, gongs and other sound therapy instruments.

Little Yoga Space Open Day

It's that time of year again when Little Yoga Space welcomes you, the students, teachers and therapists, with open hearts to celebrate you as part of its warm and loving community.

Join us on Sunday 23rd of April, when we open the doors to our studio and therapy space for free classes and some delicious treatment tasters. A chance to talk to the team, see the space, meet other likeminded people, enjoy some beautiful practices and celebrate with a little party and a sound bath concert.

Yoga, Reiki & Yoga Nidra in Sintra, with Ayurvedic snacks.

Join me and Lucy to celebrate all things summer in the magical forest of Sintra! This 2.5hr workshop will include a fire Yin & Yang Yoga practice, Reiki healing, Yoga Nidra and we will cool down all the fire of the summer energy with some seasonal Ayurvedic snacks!

Summer is governed by the element of fire - a time for warmth, transformation and dynamism. The Yin & Yang practice will be designed around the energy of fire and the heart, making for a dynamic and joyful practice.

Community Reiki & Yoga Nidra

Moments of quietude where deep rest meets healing.

An invitation to experience two healing arts at once, in the heart of Lisbon. We begin with gentle movement to ease the body into the floor, as you settle into surrender for a guided yoga nidra meditation. As you remain in your comfortable cocoon, gentle music continues to soothe your practice as you, individually, receive Reiki - the art of energy healing. Read more and register below.

Community Tapping (EFT)

Tap, tap, tap to wild wellbeing!

The possibilities of Emotional Freedom Technique, simply referred to as Tapping, to heal and bring a sense of calm amidst anxious thoughts and downward spirals, are countless.

You'll follow a guided Tapping sequence as you affirm a desired outcome in yourselves, repeating after the guidance offered. You'll be seated comfortably on a mat, a cushion or a bolster, fully clothed and in full of awareness of your surroundings. No previous knowledge or experience is required. Just a curious heart, open to healing.

Beeleev Gathering

The beeleev gathering is a collaboration between facilitators and vendors to promote health and wellness in Sesimbra and surrounding areas.By working together, the organisers hope to create a space in nature fostering positive energy to build social responsibility in support of local businesses and environmental conservation.I'll be hosting a Family Yoga class and a Kids Yoga class on the Saturday and offering a choice of two 30 minute Astrology Readings on both days - "A Path on Purpose", revealing the secrets of our past and the path of our future and "The Healer's Way", a dedicated dive into our core wounds and the ways in which we can turn them into wondrous virtues.
