Community Tapping (EFT) - Low Cost Session

The possibilities of Emotional Freedom Technique, simply referred to as Tapping, to heal and bring a sense of calm amidst anxious thoughts and downward spirals, are countless.

Community Reiki & Yoga Nidra - Low Cost Session

Moments of quietude where deep rest meets healing.

An invitation to experience two healing arts at once, in the heart of Lisbon. You settle into surrender for a guided yoga nidra meditation and remain in your comfortable cocoon, as gentle music continues to soothe your practice as you, as a group, receive Reiki - the art of energy healing. You’ll be exploring the practice of releasing through gentle movement with Restorative Yoga, you'll be invited to receive subtle Reiki healing and an astrology inspired Yoga Nidra. This nourishing combo is guaranteed to send you into another dimension of relaxation! It's the perfect antidote to stress and a great way to reset and restore.
