Yoga for children and teens to inspire curiosity, creativity and connection.

In Kids Yoga we explore the body’s natural movements through yoga, so that we can increase our strength and flexibility. We discover how to relax our mind and look after our emotions. We unearth our innate creativity through crafts and stories.

We learn how to improve our concentration, how to respect and embrace our differences and bond over our similarities. There will be high-energy times and quiet times; musical times and inventive times; laughing times, sharing times and reflecting times. All of that and more will be our yoga time, together. YAY!

A space for all things TEEN! The lives of the modern-day teenager are full of deadlines, responsibilities and to-do lists. Already learning to function in adult-like ways, the demands placed upon this age group can create havoc on their nervous system. From homework to housework, from piano to sports practice, from trends to time with friends…TEENS don’t stop.

Our teen yoga classes and workshops are where we explore the body’s natural movements through yoga, honouring its changes and capabilities. Learning to cultivate respect for our bodies while challenging ourselves to grow. Exploring the potential of the mind to help us, not hinder us, at times of likely stress. Crafting the space to remain curious and sustain a joyful outlook as we get caught up in “adulting”.

Celebrate your special occasion with a yoga party, whether you're a real-life yogi or not!

From curious yoga treasure hunts to games of spot the colourful pants, we share a fun time together! We play as we explore the world of yoga, co-creating a unique and memorable event for the Birthday Yogi, whether they are little or BIG! Exciting and active times meet serene and relaxing times!

Parties can be themed around your choice of topic; in the comfort of your home, a local venue or online. Can also be combined with cooking activities (in-person only), between Lisbon and Cascais, Portugal.
