Community Tapping
Tap, tap, tap to wild wellbeing!
The possibilities of Emotional Freedom Technique, simply referred to as Tapping, to heal and bring a sense of calm amidst anxious thoughts and downward spirals, are countless. Whether you're holding onto past hurts or recovering from physical and emotional pain, tapping on a sequence of specific points, located on the face and upper body, can ease you back into a sense of balance and peace.
The group meets once a month in a central Lisbon yoga studio, on the last Saturday, for group Tapping (EFT) to work through common themes.
You'll follow a guided Tapping sequence as you affirm the desired outcome based on each of the themes, repeating after your Facilitator. You'll be seated comfortably on a mat, a cushion or a bolster, fully clothed and in full of awareness of your surroundings. You can attend as many or as few sessions as desired, in no specific order. No previous knowledge or experience is required. Just a curious heart, open to healing.
Tea will be offered after the session.
