"Mudras and Moon Signs for the Modern Teen"
A series of 12 workshops, in Lisbon, live online, that introduce your teenager to the importance of the moon in yoga and our lives. We explore each moon sign through the lens of a yoga practice, astrological interpretations and utilising specific hand gestures, called 'mudras', for meditation.
The course is a mixture of theory and practice and provides a variety of wellbeing tools to help cultivate balance and a sense of clarity in the modern teenager's life.
Ages: 13 - 17
When: Wednesdays, 18h45 - 19h30
Location: Online via Zoom
Cost: From £/€8.50 p/class (when purchased as a pack of all 12 classes, total £/€102) or £/€15 drop in.)
Teen Yoga Moon Gathering
Teen Yoga Moon Gatherings in Lisbon, live online, are bi-monthly workshop gatherings for teenagers. Using the current new or full moon, we practice yoga asana according to its quality and characteristics at the time. Followed by a guided yoga nidra meditation visualisation and a journaling activity relevant to the event and energy of the day.
Ages: 13 - 17
When: Twice a month on a Sunday
