"Poetic Rites!" - New Moon Nidra & Poetry Night

Yoga Nidra for the poetic soul, followed by a circle of reading poetry.

A poetic yoga nidra guided meditation for the New Moon in Pisces in Lisbon, to welcome inspiration by opening the heart and the soul. By tapping into the deeper realms of your being with the support of yoga nidra, you emerge with a reawakened sense of flow and ease.

A space to co-create as you'll also have the option to express your love for the word by joining with a reading of a writer or a poet of your choice. To include readings of local and international poets, emerging as well as well known names.​

A night dedicated to all things Piscean - poetry, mysticism, awareness and inspiration.

Bring a poem to read (optional) and a heart open to receive.
