The competition giveaway begins at 21h00 (GMT) on 4th March 2023 and ends on 23h59 (GMT) on 31th March 2023. One winner to win all the prizes will be selected at random on 1st April and announced on Instagram. By entering this competition you agree to be revealed as its winner by your tag on Instagram, should you be selected.

You may enter this competition within mainland Portugal or internationally, however, the 60 min massage treatment is local to Lisbon and the t-shirt and tote bag will be mailed to you after postage and packaging has been paid by you, if you are located outside mainland Portugal. The astrology readings take place online. If you live anywhere in mainland Portugal, your items can be mailed to you at no extra cost. The private Family Yoga (minimum 1 child) or 1-2-1 adult yoga class (one adult only) is to take place at your home (within Lisbon or central Cascais) with no additional expense to you. If you live outside of Lisbon/ central Cascais and would like the class to take place in person, then you agree to cover the travel costs of coming to you.

The massage takes place only in Lisbon. The 60 minutes for the massage can be used by one person/ parent or divided into 2 sessions of 30 minutes each per person/ parent. One massage per person only. Your massage therapist, Hanna, of Massage Therapy Lisbon will receive your name and contact details once you have been announced as the winner. You may arrange your massage appointment at a time that is convenient to both of you, within three months of winning. Your massage appointment will expire on 30th June 2023.

You may choose from a parent - child synastry reading called "How to love your child", which looks at the relationship between you and your child or a Chiron-based reading called "The Healer's Way", which looks at your wounding and how to transform it into virtue. Both readings last 30 minutes. Your chosen reading is to be arranged at a time that suits both of us, online via zoom. You must book your reading within three months of winning. Your reading expires on 30th June 2023.

The yoga class, whether a Family Class or a 1-2-1 adult yoga class is to be booked and completed by 30th June 2023. All downloadable freebies will be emailed to you within 48 hours of winning.

There is no monetary or otherwise exchange for the prizes and you may not transfer the prizes to anyone else. Please only enter if you have a genuine interest in these prizes and practices. Please only tag friends/ family who might be genuinely interested. Yoga Time YAY! does not endorse or encourage spammy tagging. One tag per comment.
